Get get on the site

Ive been unable to get on the site a few times today,

I keep getting that annoying
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
its the only site I cant get on, which is killing me as I havent run in ages

this happened to me a while ago as well... i also got a message saying i had exceeded my CPU limit twice

i all the links i had still wouldnt work but i seem to have no problem now
