Yesterday was my unlucky day. I kept dropping crap at work. I cut my hand on a bottle of A1 sauce. Now, you may be asking yourself "How did he cut himself on a bottle of A1 sauce?" Well, the answer is simple, and compose of few parts. First, I knock the bottle of the table and it breaks and spill crap all over the floor. Two, I pick up the broken bottle. Three, the top unhinges itself from the rest of the bottle and swings down into my hand. Four, I am cut.

Simple no?

Today was a breeze. Breezy breezy.

The real reason it is unlucky is not known, there are some more popular myths, however there is no proof which is the real reason. The ones I know of are:

The Jewish Sabbath takes place on Friday night, the last supper was a Sabbath, thus on Friday. There were 13 people eating that night, one of them (Judas) sold out their god, thus very unlucky. (Nice clue General)

Also there is a height in which is needed for each step to properly hang someone from the gallows they found the perfect height was 13 steps, thus walked 13 steps was very deadly, then they decided to have fun and make 13 knots also on the rope.

Then there was some Nordic or something story about a 13th guest that caused some harm.

The name of it being afraid of it is paraskavedekatriaphobia (had to look that up). Hehe

Actually, there is a reason it's still thought of as bad, in addition to the ones you mentioned, Friday the 13th was the date on which the Knights Templar were destroyed by the French government, and October was the month, which also fits my clue, as the Knights were a christian organization. Nice pickup there wolf.
