windows skin type thing
actually, the installer is more of an automated helper than anything else, and its all undoable
neat stuff
doesnt slow down windows at all
infact, mine seems to have sped up O_o
little launcher down at the bottom works as it should, and smoothly at that..

website is amazing, but may not load on slower computers..

this has been out for a little while, but I just now bothered playin' with it..
