 Meh, people who sack should be crushed like worms. That is the ultimate slap in the face to be sacked when you have lots of resources.

 I would rather just force the use of standard attacks (all trooptyes), and half the land gain with sacking rather than put a specal hard limit on sacking.

 still though if your rich in resorces then hey you know what your losing both and to attack with out limit even if you are at war thats still to much.

 In war, sacking si expected, however, outside of war, if you make a land grab AND sack somebody, your asking for a war.
