Joining early...

 People who said Stormclaw was only #1 because he joined early can't judge. I think it's all about strategy. Although the people who joined between 4 and 40 are probably only 20 minutes apart...but still.

Only two people in the top 10 are single-digits: Me, and #4. Most of the rest are between 30 and 100.

Also notice that the newbies who spent the first 100 turns scouting and made it to the top 10 quick aren't there, and probably won't be coming back?

Just a thought.

 Yes. they were all landfat noobs, wanting to at least once be in the top 10. I however have a different strategy! MUAHAHAHA!!!!

 Actually, there was a glitch in the beginning of the game with the turns.  It was something insane, like one turn a minute or one turn every 5.  It was fixed less slowly, probably because there were only about 10 people playing.   Suddenly, RWL took off, but the few who had joined early had huge networths.  Then the turn mistake was fixed to the 1 turn per 10 minutes, but the new people who joined after that didn't get that bonus glitch.

 Hmm... I was #29 and everything was ship-shape when I started..... But, heh--I was #29 and I joined on like the 5th day after it started.... That's much different from what it's like now.... It's much more popular now which makes this reset harder and easier... It's easier cause everyone started at the same level, unlike the first time the game started when people joined at a slow pace and so earlier people had a head start..... But it's much much harder cause it's not 30 or 40 people, but a couple hundred..... Heh, I remember when I first joined as Bogfoot there was like 5 clans.... ::Thinks::  DI... RR... CG... Winter? ... and then something else that no longer exists.......
