The administrators should pick who gets the titles, here's why:
You want to evaluate a doctor's skill. Would you ask a panel of famous doctors who have put years of their lives studying medicine, or some bum that the doctor treated who doesn't like the doctor because he's a jew? You'd obviously pick the doctors, because they know what they're doing and could evaluate the doctor's skills compared to theirs.

I had concentrated lemonade that had been expired for 3 years I think. It was good.
