Setup script bugs

 In the setup script, I have found a cupple of bugs that stop the script from completeing it's task.
1. When the script tries to populate the races table, it runs into problems with the numbers for rats. A MySQL error 1136 is generated. The problem is that the "city defence" number for rats is not set.
2.  When the script atempts to insert values into the servers table, it runs into another 1136 error. The problem here is that the URL field is left out.

 aha. Thankee. I had updated the code and the databases here, but by the time I got to fixing up the setup, I'd forgotten what had changed, so I'll try to get those fixed soon.
