How do I get a new avatar?

 I have a couple kick ... pics that I wanna make as my avatar, but how?

 well, if you upload them to a place like www.graffiti.net (free!) you can link to them..  works well, that's what I do..

 1.  go to www.graffiti.net
2.  sign up for a free account (or a paying one, but that's not nessisary)
3.  log in
4.  click the 'web hosting' tab
5.  click the 'Browse' button on the bottom of the screen
6.  choose your file
7.  click 'upload'
8.  remeber file name
9.  click the 'home' tab
10.  your homepage opens up
11.  your url will be http://home.graffiti.net/yourname:graffiti.net/
12.  type your file name at the end so it looks like http://home.graffiti.net/yourname:graffiti...et/filename.jpg
EX:  http://home.graffiti.net/fishes:graffiti.n...et/journey2.jpg
13.  copy that url
14.  open up the RWL forums
15.  open 'my controls'
16.  open 'avitar settings'
17.  insert url into place for the webaddress


O.o  eep..  that probubly looks confuzing..  it should work..  if not, PM/IM me..  my aim is windhound96

 OK, I tried the process that windhound posted, and everything seemed to work fine, but instead of a picture of Gandalf, I end up with an empty box with an "x" in the corner.  What does that mean?  Or, what did I do wrong?

 means you've got a bad link :P
plop this 'un into the avi upload thing, with the http:// thing infront..

 yes.. you've put an @ in it... put a : in its place.
