The Mercenary was b-a-n-n-e-d, also, as you have just shown you know that Commodus was The Mercenary, you have knowledge of someone circumventing a ban. In other words, you guys have been breaking rules all along as well. Please stop accusing others when you have no proof.

But when I was investigating this a couple weeks ago, the Merc is banned only by name. He is truthfully gagged.
