its not about HOW many leaders you have
if you got 80k land with 4 million leaders
thats rubbish
that is like 1.2 the maximum you can have
which sucks
whereas if you have 4 million leaders on 20k acres of land
then you will break anyone no matter what

disclaimer: "no matter what is false, obviously anyone else with THAT high a wpa you will NOT break (obviously duh) but yeah"
4 million leaders isn't that good unless you got low(ish) landage
