 ROME has been asked to be allies with almost every major clan in the game.  I reply with simply "ROME doesn't have allies, but we have peace treaties, cease fires and nuetral stances."  After i sent that not one clan replied.  I guess you clans had other things in mind when you said alliance.  Just know that ROME isn't as dumb as some of you think your not.

 Lol- while we won't partake in mutual alliances, Rome is an honorable clan, and we will uphold our peace treaties. Just keep in mind, we will only have peace treaties with a certain amount of clans: not everyone, because then we would have no point to play.
