I've noticed that problem in the past. And in fact i am noticing ti right now aswell, i don't know how to explain it though.

I used to think it had something to do with the fact that the game wouldn't let you delete ALL your land. but retto took that out... so now why is there this strange problem?

RWL seems to be having bugs out of its ears lately. I bet its because the admins are hard at work with the exp.
