What is up with these stupid avatars?!

 Well, the title speaks for itself.  I've tried numerous different images, including images that worked fine over at Terrrouge, but none of them will work at this forum.  Am I doing something wrong?  I don't want to be stuck with this distorted dorky monkey!

 Myself and others have had the same problem before, but I've found trying at a different time or uploading your avatar somewhere else works.

 Hmm...Strange, only time I've had problems uploading my avatar is when the image was over its dimension limits, but I asked Retto to allow us all to be able to upload a bit bigger images so, my problems fixed...

 I'd reccomend uploading stuff to http://www.graffiti.net . That's what I do, and my avatar and siggy are usually there... However, sometimes they are not. *prods*

Change the type of your image to .jpg or .gif. Then try. Keep trying until the forum gets a file type it likes.
