Too many recent attacks

 So, a pair of players hide out in winter to attack my clan. Thats cool. We attack them back a bunch, spiffy.
I try to attack Wolf Bite #63 back, and there have been too many recent attacks. Thats odd, seeing how the news for him defending stops at 7:48 and the current gametime is 19:20. So, almost 12 hours have passed, and I still cant attack him? What is up with that? Is this a new change, because this sure hasnt been the way it was in the past. I could land attacks every hour on the hour on folks like him, but now I can't. What gives?

 It happens to me a lot too. I try attacking Leader, but can't get through because of the same problem.

 Two hours later, still cant attack either of them and neither have been attacked lately.

Anyone know if this is a game-wide change, or a new rule that applies two only these two players?

 My (completely guess-ish) answers:

1) This has something to do with the hacking that's happened recently.

-or-

2) They've changed it to say that until the next time the warlord logs in.

 In my opinion, this doesnt look like it has anything to do with hackers. Possibly an Admin change, but 63 was online when I was trying to hit him earlier.

Oddly enough, this morning I checked the news because I couldn't attack 63 again. He'd been attacked twice since yesterday, but the previous attacks made by Gobbling Hordes had changed. The listed system time changed from 07:48 to 13:48 for his last attack.

It looks like something in the mySQL database is being tinkered with, for whatever reason.

 I think some one had to hack. Leader or Wolf Bite may have.
