The (relatively) recent changes to the market have made it a pretty active place, which I am very pleased about. But there is still a lot of stuff on the market not getting sold.

What would make it even more active? When you have money to spend and you have a choice on where to spend it, what makes you choose mercs over the market? Would being able to sell anonymously increase activity? Let me know what you guys think, and tell me why you choose not to use the public market when you do.

The market is active because I spent a lot of money convincing people to use it over the last year.
Making it the prime secret of income for all strategies in 3.0 was a huge mistake on your behalf but who am I to ever have correct foresight ;)

I'll just cheat my way to victory each round through magic known to me as warlord management skills of adaptation.

Anonymous sales would be bad for the seller.

Anonymous sales would be take some strategy out of the game.

I think we need to increase troop losses in general. If the market is doubling in size every 2 days, and the prices are all locked into the lowest price allowed, then we have a crazy surplus of troops. People buy them, use them, and sell them. Since too few are killed in that process, you have the market growing.

Especially since, as sevs says, the market is the only way to play for the end-game. Although I have no clue why he thinks that's a bad thing...

The market is fine, a bit crowded but nothing a decent land lock won't turn around  >:D
Keep busting me fools. Wave after wave and I'll keep bouncing back better than magic.
