Going from   $493,827,316  to   $158,365,612  is not 150 mil NW Snare, in fact it's a $335,461,704 NW loss to be precise, times your estimate by two and you're not even there :P

We lost about 50mil NW by my calculations, I think that's a decent trade off

Still, 40mil net in trade for 150mil, and forcing you to market another 150mil, is a good trade off. Also frees up the land. PLus, you were on 600mil net earlier, but lose more due to people hitting you in weasels because we told them to. So, actually it's 250mil.
