About how much would I need if I wanted to cover almost an entire person? Anyone know?

With makeup? I'd say a gallon to be safe. Maybe just a quart of it...

 Buy Snazaroo if they have that in the US, I'd say get 3 pots though that's probably way too much. You might have to reapply a couple of times but that's the trouble with body paint.

Latex paint is not an option - once you put it on your face you won't be able to move your mouth/talk

He's allergic to latex anyway.
