 Yeah, I have tried to play with camps, but I find that the amount they actually lower the cost of mercs is very slight compared to the land they take up that could be used for the money to buy the troups.  I have not seen a notable increase in the number of avaliable mercs added by the Camps.  but holding those Camps for the 100 "Game days" is costly when the mercs could be bought then held for 100 "game days" (as you save turns) and bought again.  As it is now you can buy about 265 times your land in rats at the merc. Comming back in 100 "game days" would make that 530.  I see no value in camps.

Ad, if you have any numbers on this for me to work with beyound what is in the game guide, I would be thankful.
