Clan Announcements

Several suggestions for the clan announcements...

1. The clan flag to be visible on the clan crier.
2. That you will be able to use code (i.e. color) in the clan crier and MOTD.
3. That there will be a place where clans can advertize on the main page, you can of course turn these off.

These don't really matter, but it would make it look cleaner.

I think you can do this for the clan crier and MOTD too? Honestly I'm not sure  :-\

The colour thing obviously isn't implemented yet (although I don't think it would be too useful tbh)

Something like that would pretty cool I suppose, although I think clans should have to pay a small amount to advertise there, and the money shouldn't just disappear it should actually end up somewhere (e.g. the emperor could get it, it could be added to the lottery payout, given to landfarm, distributed between players below rank 30 etc.)

What about haveing ranks like: newb, super oster, etc...

clan leader and other officers can create 2 positions that are just titles
