Another reason why leaders are OP

Attack missions do not open up attack credits
I just started my run and had maxed someone
They then came online and stole my cash
I thought ahah i can sack that back so i went to attack them and.....no attacks avaliable
So stealing, an offensive attack, does not open up attacks wheras sacking does
I think this should change as it is not fair to the indy players

My bad two people were onlining me at the same time so it was hard to tell with the news column
But could i please just have a confirmation do leader missions open up attack credits

They should. If they don't it's a bug. I will test tomorrow to confirm.
