War and Alliances

 How do you set someone at war or make someone your ally? what does it do?

 On the other server you can. War allows you to attack people a lot even if they are much bigger or smaller then you. Allie keeps your clan from attacking them at all. The leaders and diplomates of the clan make the settings for the clan.

But on this server, there are no clans.  Thus the words "war" and "allie" are just words and only as good as the person telling you.
