8 Kings of old Destroyed?

 I have been at war with most of RWL.  I was wondering if I have killed all 8 of the kings of the old realm.  Most have died by me or by my influence or may have been destroyed in other ways.  How many are left?  Can anyone tell me?

Tarsonis = Dead  ( He did play, and he did die, many times over )

Ragefur - did you kill him?

Josh - got disabled
Raine - quit
Retto - never got killed
I can't remember the last one

No offence, just stating the facts. You killed Kilk and Deathclaw, who weren't emperors.

 I didn't know dead = killed.  Humm sounds weird.  I know in my orginal post i said how many had i killed.  Orcist you basically died by my influence.  Other's quit because i grew to big.  So who stands amoung those 8?  Anyone left?
