Gather land, as much as possible. Build it all in barracks except maybe 5-10% in foragers so you don't need to worry about food. Often, it's better to set troop production to 100% in manage army to make it easier to break through empires defenses.

You make money by selling your troops. Scout to heal and gather land throughout your run for best production. Use the market to get good value troops. If you're on a team, every 30 or so turns, aid your net to a clanmate. There are quite a few possibilites.

In turbo you're clanned, so the best way is to be supplied cash and food by a clanmate. Build everything on barracks, and scout in intervals of 20-30. Gather land, and heal by aiding clan mates. Just repeat the scout, gather land, build barracks, aid clanmates, and you can make a lot of net, and it is very sustainable.
