The point is, his company (BestBuy) fired him for making the first video on his channel (got 5mil views), which wasn't even related to his job, in a similar way as the video. More and more you here of people getting fired because of things they post on social networkings, but it, at least to me, opens up the question-should these people have access to people's social networks? In what circumstances is it justified to fire someone over something they say over the internet, etc.

Technically they can fire him for whatever they want... Should they? Not if he's doing a good job at work.

And if someone has their social network set so that anyone can view it, there's not much you can do to stop nosy people from poking around...
