 He hasn't used them because he has no means of deploying them. You'd know that if you actually watched the news...

 What the hell? Saddam is under attack for F#@$ sake. He would certainly have wiped out a few american states by now if he had weapons of mass destruction.

 Fleetscut - 1) He hasn't used them because he doesn't have any. He has weapons of mass destruction that are biological. 2) If he did, he would have NO means to launch them 3) If in the off chance that he DOES have them, and COULD launch one, we could a ) shoot it down or b ) it probably wouldn't work...
