What exactly does my presence feel like, Sevah?

The crows are so loud! I guess that's because there are 7 of them. Yes, they can brag because I held 7 little crows off for 29 days and they eventually took me down.

I was going to complain about the odds. I count at least 5 little crows pecking at my feathers, and here I only have 1 of my own. But it occurred to me that 5 against 2 is an even match, given how effective us ravens have been.

So congrats to the carrion-eaters for slowing me down. It took 25 days, nearly constant online attacks, and of course daily reminders through the ingame message system that I'm not as good as I think I am (thank you for those Sevah). Now you have some of my land.

This morning I went for a walk. I followed a lone raven who was being chased around my village by the crows. This raven was twice the size of the largest crow, he had a hooked beak and a sharp mind. By pecking at his feathers the little crows could slow him. Five or six at a time would pursue him as he moved from place to place. He rarely lingered long in one spot.

I recognized that this is exactly what has been happening to me, but I also recognized something else...

this was the most well fed raven I have ever seen.

It was very annoying to have all that land locked. Fortunately IceCream (#16) is a great player.

I do not make posts much, but I will not encircle the earth again trying to access the land. Day Old Hate (#7) is clanned, so you can take all you want by setting him to war. Here are the details:

Well we managed to break the emperor. I wouldn't say it was a clean break, but I managed to get some hits in before I ran out of turns.

This was an epic battle because Ice was very effective at destroying my army. Before the beginning of the run the Ice clan murdered and destroyed 300m rats, leaving me with less then 20m and only 300 acres of land. I managed to scrape, sack, and mass my way up to a big enough army to break the emperor (thanks to some food, cash, and loyalty from Domingo).

Just before I broke I found myself short on cash. I did the math and it looked like I would need an extra 14b cash to make the amount of rats I was aiming for. Here is the conversation I had with the insufferable Mr. Sevah:

Well done clan mates!

I'm convinced Sevs was trying to sabotage the Fire clan. He took it upon himself to issue commands to the rest of the guild. Those who followed him found themselves spending the entire round burning turns on kills. Meanwhile the Ice clan was hardly slowed down by the kills, and managed to effectively work together to systematically destroy whatever attempts we made on the emperor.

I can't tell you how many times I would watch hundreds of thousands of our networth disappear on Sevs. He was just as useless as a mule as he was at leading the clan. At one point he sent 400m NW away to a player who was about to go into protection from idling... It remains there to this day, just sitting there being completely useless.

After spending 22 days guiding the clan into the ground, Sevs then announced that the game is broken, the admins are corrupt, and that he was officially quitting. When we tried to involve him in our attempts to rescue the failed round he would shrug his shoulders and slink away like a coward.

I just figured I would post this on the forums, because people seem to have a respect for Sevs. My clan readily followed him when he began issuing commands. It was folly, and I hope your promisance game has learned it's lesson: sevs is little more then an angry, boastful loudmouth.

I cautioned my clan against following Sevs. I did the best I could, but they followed him anyway. That's the story of why Fire failed. Luckily he has quit the game, which means we won't have to hear him rant and rage about my "trashing" him on the forums. Although I'll probably continue getting angry, threatening messages in game. This is what I get for speaking out.

P.S. I realized I didn't say anything positive. Sevs isn't all bad. He had a few really good idea's, and he clearly knows how to run turns. He just didn't lead well, and he is totally full of crap when he boasts.
