 They are some good ideas,  but mabey there could be a feature to buy land... that would change the whole system of playing and i think would be worth a try.

1.  You play like a savage and make many hate you
2. You always have some sort of alliance that you could go no where without
3. You use your alliances to your advantage, not theirs
