It shouldn't be hard. There's some statistics gathering that might not port over without making a new table for it in the DB, but I don't think it's strictly necessary.

I think of the new features introduced in 3.0 the market changes were probably the best ones. They addressed all these issues ^_^.  The solution there was no pulls, but you could sell your marketed goods to mercs at at any time.

That's usually how it goes these days.  Only ~3 people at any given time are running turns regularly, so locks are pretty common since nobody is around to try to stop it.

It wouldn't happen with a large player base, but what can you do.

There's no rule against it, but it makes people mad when you do.

That said, online attacking is a useful tool sometimes. Just use it for a purpose.

I don't recall the market pull penalty, but I think it's 20%.

No, all races do not have the same merc prices with max camps. If you have better merc prices without caps, you will have better merc prices with max camps.

40% of your land reduces merc prices to the minimum.

I don't know what pub market tax is offhand.
