I have to agree that there are some players with few information, and weird information. Wiki is something everyone can edit, and I see no reason to attack wolf bite that someone has written something about him. We should be happy that atleast something has been written. If I knew way more, I would have added more.

I know wolf bite so well that I know for sure that he isn't bragging about his skills, or write a long wiki article about it. So, no need to attack him, Death. Thing is, this promisance wiki isn't wikipedia. Wikipedia should be written as a sciencetific report, where statements must have references. Let us not sink down on this level here. We want a site with good information, and if we need to use a lot of time to find references to back up the content, the articles won't be good at all.

I recommend everyone that has something to write about the players to do it. Try to follow the standard to what's written about me. And feel free to edit something that isn't correct at all.

Ok... About the wiki part.

What was standing in the text, and what was edited?

Wiki should be non biased and have facts. If someone write "he is one of the best players..." that's more an opinion than fact. If it stands that he is one of the best players at redwall, it's in the grey zone, but still not a 100% fact. If it stand "one of the best players in promisance history", that's different, and a bad thing. But still... The best thing is to stick to facts when writing it. And stay unbiased.

If you write something like that on a normal wiki, they will put a note that the fact must be proven. Else it will be deleted. regardless how correct it is. I added something on the english wiki about a big plane accident. I knew what had happened, but they deleted it because I didn't link to any form for doc about it.

Jiji, this is not your job at all. If I want you to invite, I would have told you. But I didn't.

Thanks for clearing these things up, Death.

Yeah, topics like this should be posted in SPA Room. All CC topics from earlier years have been posted there, so, this one should aswell.

On behalf of Valhallgames I invite all Redwall players over. You won the competition for 2 years ago, so we expect that you would be back. :)

That's absolutely correct that we have a clan competition over there in march. Beta code is up and running. So far it's the same code from last year.

So every player at Redwall are invited.

Do not listen to Jiji, though. Even though he invites you to Valhall, he is not representative for the average Valhall member. Been banned several times for multi account abuse.

Pippin, are you getting a message that you are banned? Could you display your email address and IP adress to me in a PM? What message do you get? Is this on the mainpage or the forum?

This is the code so far, and this will be the code which will be used in Clan Competition 2007.

- Turnrate: 300/150 2/10
- No allies.
- 5 warslots
- No form for healing
- Only standard QMT races
- Only FA to Clan Members
- Clans only, you will be asked to create or join a clan when you are coming out of protection.
- Maximum clansize = 9
- Minimum clansize to declare war = 3
- Normal mana code
- Industry has got a little boost.
- No labour & Water (The labour will always be 100%)
- No Pillage
- No Vacation Mode
- No Lottery
- No clan treasury
- The wizard generating has been slowed down a bit.
- We don't want a new killfest. Killing has been made harder, it's so hard that you need about 3 empires to perform a kill. So you really have to consider if it's worth it.
- Small upkeep adjustments. The intention is to get the indys to have a better chance.
- 80% grains, 25% troops is possible to have at the market at the same time.
- 3 hours to the things put on the public market arrives.
- Land on Black Market is available and to 50% of the normal base price.
- Landexplore has been increased by 50%.

The signups will start at 1. march midnight GMT + 1. And turns starts to go at 1. march 12 AM GMT + 1. (In the middle of the day norwegian time) This is happening at www.valhallgames.net .

The link to you was made by me. So for me you are a very known player. Too bad that you don't play too much over at Valhall. :P

It was Morvandium at QMT that brought that link to me, so I have brought it to others again. :)

Of some reason the wiki at wikipedia got deleted. So a new wiki is up. If you have something to contribute, that will be very appreciated.

There is still not too late to come with input about the code. Questions should be redirected to the clan competition board at valhall, since it says itself that I can't answer for everyone on many servers. But will watch this thread.

Hi

We will again have a clan competition at Valhall. (In March)

I have made a board there. So, I hope so many as possible could visit us and come with their inputs. Right now we are in the preparation stage, so I want to get input by so many as possible.

http://forums.valhallgames.net/viewforum.php?f=43

So, I think you just have to come over to defend your title from last year. ;)

Hello everybody!

What's up people? Long time no see.

As many of you know, I am Mawerick, admin at Valhallgames.

In September we will organize a Battle of the Kings tournament, accessable for all of the Promisance servers. This is a solo competition where there is no help allowed from the outside. This is also the 3rd of it's kind. So on behalf of Valhallgames I invite everyone to join this competition.

The turnrate has not been decided yet, but it will be 250 or 300 with refillratio on 1/10 or 2/15. 2/10 is in my eyes a bit too fast. More info about this tournament can you find here: http://forums.valhallgames.net/viewtopic.php?t=9504

I have put up a betaserver, which you could test and come with your comments. The final code for the competition will be based on the feedback we get from the users.

I hope to see you all around.
